Shri. Anil Wankhade, is associated with the Department of Technical
Education for the last 32 years. He is retired as a Supdtt. of Workshop at Govt.
Polytechnic, Nagpur.
Throughout his life he was actively involved in various social activities.
Having done B.E Mechanical Engineering from Amravati University & M.E
from NITTTR Chandigarh, he has dual experience of working for society with
added knowledge of Technology. He made Technical Education in Maharashtra
reach new heights by organising various programmes such as :
- Career Fairs for Tribal students of Gadchiroli District & Bramhapuri, Chandrapur District.
- Designing school connect programmes to motivate school students for taking up technical education.
- Designing a multiskilling programme for Tribal & Rural dropouts.
- Implementing Road Safety awareness programme for Nagpur, Bramhapuri & Gadchiroli.
- Organising Blood Donation & Organ Donation programmes.
- Functioned as Incharge of Hospitality & Housekeeping several times during last 32 years.
