(Empowerment of 40 Tribal Youth) SAATHI
An ambitious & first of its kind Multiskilling Training Programme of Three Months
duration for Tribal Youth of Maharashtra in “Home Management & Geriatric Care ”
was implemented with the kind Cooperation from office of Additional Tribal
Commissioner Nagpur.
In this unique Programme, 40 Tribal youth from various areas were given
knowledge & skills in several areas. The idea was making a Tribal Youth
empowered & independent for bringing him in the mainstream of the National
economy by offering him different skills, such as Driving, Geriatric & Patient care,
Hospitality & Housekeeping, Soft Skills, ethics, e-communication, Computer
literacy, Cooking etc.
For making them eligible for various competitive exams GK, Maths, Science,
Logical reasoning were also taught to them, to give them minimum information
about Competitive exams.
All the Tribal students got placed in different industries.

SAATHI
A first of its kind Multiskilling & Residential Programme in Home Management & Geriatric Care for 40 tribal youth of Maharashtra was conducted at Life Skills Foundation Nagpur. Students were from nine different Tribal districts attached to Additional Tribal Commission Nagpur. Students were skilled in computer literacy, Hospitality & Housekeeping, Cooking, Driving, Elderly care. All 40 students are now engaged in gainful employment & in mainstream of National economy.
SAJAG BHARAT
A Flagship Programme of Life Skills Foundation to inspire society in general & youngsters in particular for becoming Pride of the Nation! Life Skills Foundation in association with Hon’ble Patrons & Mentors of Rakshanam Defence Academy have organised & conducted 98 free inspirational programme for Nation Building all over Maharashtra reached upto nearly 20,000 stakeholders.

For Skilling, Coaching & Training of underprivileged youth for 8-10 exams of Army/Navy/Air Force/Indian Coast Guard/ Paramilitary/ State Police Forces….for 12th pass youth between the age group of 17.5 – 23 years. Such trained youth became ‘Pride of the Nation’ within one year & start earning handsome salary @40000/- per month. Other exams for which training & coaching is provided is NDA/CDS/AFCAT/INET Assistant Commandant CAPF/ICG etc. This programme is a result oriented one & is meticulously implemented with the guidance of decorated Defence officials.
VEER - One Year Programme
A youth empowerment programme is in progress for making them ‘Pride of the Nation’. Youth between the age group of 17- 21 years have been sponsored by Western Coal Limited in its 50th year of Inception of Coal India Limited.
